岗位职责:

• 负责腹透全线产品在指定区域的经销商管理及重点 KOL 客户开发维护工作；
• 建立优秀的 KOL 管理机制，并持续完善和维护与其合作关系；
• 充分了解区域内的市场动态，负责临床信息以及竞品信息的搜集，制定符合市场的销售策略进而执行到位；
• 协助进行招投标管理等事务；
• 严格遵守公司的合规政策；
• 完成上级交予的其他任务。

任职资质:

• 具有医学、药学或相关专业本科及以上学历（或者中级及以上专业技术职称）；
• 6-8 年医药行业相关工作经验；
• 熟悉医疗器械药品行业的工作流程，具备专业的临床推广技能和学术知识；
• 结果导向，具备良好的商业敏锐度、客户服务意识、沟通表达和团队合作能力；
• 能够在高压下开展工作，高度合规意识，诚信、积极，有责任感。
