Your Role at Vantive
Lead the development, planning, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and/or existing products, ensuring the efficient use of material and human resources with a focus on product quality.

What you´ll be doing
- Legally represent the company before government institutions.
- Ensure that products are manufactured within specifications, in accordance with good manufacturing practices, procedures, and authorized documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and personal care standards.
- Ensure that the manufacturing of medical devices complies with the requirements of NOM-241.
- Ensure that manufacturing operations are carried out meeting quality and cost targets (efficiency and scrap) within established timelines.
- Optimize plant investments.
- Optimize the assigned budget.
- Develop inventory plans and strategies.
- Foster talent development within the teams.
What you´ll bring
- Engineering (chemical, biological), QFB (Pharmaceutical Biologist Chemist), Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as operations manager, leader, or similar role.
- Trend analysis.
- Quality systems.
- Manufacturing processes.
- English proficiency.
- Financial knowledge.
