Nous recherchons un Chef d’Équipe Entrepôt pour superviser les opérations logistiques dans un environnement hautement réglementé, garantissant qualité, sécurité et conformité.

Vos missions :

• Superviser les activités de réception, préparation et expédition des dispositifs médicaux dédiés aux soins rénaux.
• Garantir la conformité aux Bonnes Pratiques de Distribution (BPD), Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) et normes ISO 9001 / ISO 13485.
• Assurer la qualité, la sécurité et la traçabilité des opérations.
• Former et accompagner votre équipe, veiller à la montée en compétences.
• Utiliser les systèmes Swisslog et JDE, gérer les anomalies.
• Participer aux programmes EHS et promouvoir la culture sécurité.

Profil recherché :

• Expérience : 2-3 ans en réception/expédition en entrepôt (idéalement sous environnement automatisé).
• Compétences : Leadership, amélioration continue, organisation, rigueur, sens de l’urgence. Esprit critique et résolution de problème.
• Connaissances : Processus qualité dans le monde pharmaceutique, outils MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Permis cariste 1-3-5 (ou prêt à l’obtenir).
