Position: Co-Therapy Specialist

Reporting Manager: Sales Manager

Product: Peritoneal Dialysis

Job Scope:  Co-Therapy Specialist will travel to hospitals in their areas to train the patients on Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) therapy. Educate patients on PD treatment options, benefits, and risks. Provide hands-on training and support to patients and their caregivers.

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide expertise to support PD growth and be responsible for driving therapy development and clinical education in territories where the clinical practice of PD patient care is sub-optimal.

  • Will need to build strong relationships with Nephrology key opinion leaders, nurses, and key healthcare professionals within the ecosystem.

  • Build strong internal rapport to enhance the competency of PD clinical teams across the markets.

  • Responsible for driving the strategy and execution of a sustainable PD care model within the region.

  • Provide patient education and training about CAPD/APD to ensure the patient understands their treatment.

  • Eligible to provide the PD Hotline as an assignment both weekdays and weekends

  • Represent as Vantive ownership staff to support the business and gather business intelligence information

  • Another special assignment from the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing science.

  • At least 2 years of relevant PD clinical technical experience.

  • Energetic, independent, and self-motivated.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
