Job Scope:
This role will have full PD marketing responsibilities across Thailand, across all reimbursement segments (NHSO, CSMBS, SSO) with a massive business size.
This role will also lead Digital Strategy launches and execution, supporting the continued growth of digital services penetration.
The marketing manager is expected to spearhead the overall Brand Strategy including: all consumer activation campaigns, HCP engagement strategies and working closely with Technical Service to coordinate APD cycler readiness.
The role will be the bridge and multiplier between Thailand and APAC including new product launches and working across Medical, Communications, Clinical, TSC, ISC, Amata Plant and Finance.
Job Descriptions:
Be the single point of contact for PD Marketing in Thailand across all reimbursement groups, covering HCPs engagement, Consumer activation, Digital roll-out and Policy shaping initiatives.
Work with global/regional marketing teams to understand barriers to adoption, key stakeholders’ pain points and brand perception and ensure Thailand’s voice of customer is considered in Global/Regional/local marketing communications
Liaise with Amata Plant, supporting feasibility testing for Margin Improvement Programs to improve profitability
Coordinate with Government Pharmaceutical Organization, Thai Post and Zuellig to support overall go-to market model for all reimbursement schemes
Collaborate with country and functional partners to ensure consistent planning process regionally for GTM strategies regarding product/service launch and growth initiatives (positioning, messaging, commercial execution etc.)
Conduct post-launch/initiative analysis with countries to track execution effectiveness and adjust as necessary to achieve expected goals
Optimize product portfolio offering to enhance profitability & sustainability
Manage product lifecycle and on-market product management
Business reviews, financial forecasting and product allocation. Assist monthly reporting
Identify gaps in marketing toolkits and drive development/customization where necessary
Identify, establish and promote best practices across the region to enhance marketing competencies within APAC
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. Master’s preferred in Marketing or related field.
At least 7 years’ marketing experience with multi-international companies; medical product sales or clinical marketing experience preferred.
Willingness to travel.
