Position:Technical Service Supervisor (Depot)
Work Location: Vantive Healthcare TS Office (Chaisanguan Building, New Phetchaburi Road)
Reporting Manager:Head of Technical Service, MTV
Normal Working Hours:Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00
Job Scope:
Install, service and maintain products, distributed by Vantive in the defined area of responsibility.
Establish & maintain communication & partnership with customers, team members and business contacts.
Job Descriptions:
Propose and implement work processes, procedures and technical resources in accordance with the company policy.
Coordinate personnel (e.g. commercial team and customers) to ensure the service objectives are satisfied by the end user and company.
Develop and implement maintenance and inspection plans to ensure reliability and sustainability of the equipment’s system
Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework
Report all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system
Provide activity, equipment and reliability data (KPIs) to the Technical Services Manager for the Depot activities.
Ensure an effective compliance to all quality system requirements that are applicable to Technical Services (Work in close relationship with the Quality Assurance management rep. of your country/region to achieve this)
Establish an excellent partnership with other Vantive functions (Sales & Marketing, HR, QA, RA, finance, R&D, IT)
Work performed in a depot setting.
Will also require travel to customer sites to complete tasks if required.
Working hours may vary and will require evening and weekend work as directed by the company or customer needs.
Leading and coaching the depot team.
Managing the depot production output as per company expectation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering such as Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.
At least 5 years’ working experiences in technical service, especially in the supervising role. This function requires a minimal technical degree preferably medical instrumentation or electro-mechanics or equivalent through experience.
Good knowledge on equipment control and troubleshooting methods/skills
Good analytical and problem-solving
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and meeting schedules
Work might require to carried out at customer’s site (hospital/clinic/patient home) and depending on exigency of service, evening and weekend work may be required.
Good communication, positive attitude, strong interpersonal, negotiation, selling, and presentation skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
