• Role & responsibilities:

  渠道业务管理：

• 基于公司的渠道管理策略，通过季度和月度渠道业务评估，以评估增值目标及差异，通过加强渠道采购-销售-库存管理措施，以提高经销商业绩；
• 推动重点/策略产品转化及推进；
• 清晰了解区域内经销商架构及网络，尤其是重点经销商的市场覆盖、优劣势，对经销商自身业务能力提升提供建议；
• 与经销商保持密切合作，了解市场动向及业务需求，并及时向公司反馈；

• 渠道开发：

• 梳理、挖掘和明确市场的渠道发展或优化的需求，通过对现有经销商的优化整合和招募优质经销商等措施为业务部门及公司提供针对性的渠道解决方案，有效构建市场渠道网络以帮助业务拓展
• 结合行业趋势制定区域增长策略及渠道拓展规划

• 渠道日常管理：

• 对经销商销售业务流向的及时性、完成性和完整性进行督促管理；

• 任职要求：

• 教育背景：本科及以上学历，医药学、市场营销、工商管理、生命科学或相关专业优先
• 工作经验：至少5年以上医药或器械行业商务/销售工作经验，熟悉ICU、CRRT相关细分领域者优先。
• 具备出色的沟通、谈判、影响力和人际交往能力，能够有效管理内外部复杂利益相关者关系。
• 对经销商销售预估的及时性、准确性、完整性进行管理，并帮助培训一级及二级商务人员数据分析能力以提高日常工作效率及准确性；
• 帮助经销商解决日常事务，应对渠道冲突和解决复杂问题
• 协助管理、提升现有经销商提高专业水平和销售技能；
• 对平台商/经销商每季度进行合规培训；
