Your Role

The ERP Functional Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)Leadwill lead the analysis, design, implementation, and support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Supply Chain modules. This role is critical in optimizingsupply chain operations, improving efficiencies therein, and ensuring ERP system alignment with business goals.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards, and will be responsible for driving system enhancements, troubleshooting, and providing functional support for supply chain processessupportedby the JD Edwards systems at Vantive. The Integrated Supply Chain Lead will also collaborate closely with third-party support and delivery teams to ensure effective and efficient solutions are implemented to streamline manufacturing operations.

Vantive is a recent divestiture of a larger company.The candidate will play a key role in cloning the current applications to stand up a new technology landscape which allows Vantive to operate separately from the previous owner’s systems and exit from the Transition Services Agreements (TSA).This is an exciting opportunity to joina newly formed company and make a difference in the healthcare industry.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Fulfilling the JD Edwards Integrated Supply Chain SME role, supportingSales Order Management, Procurement, Advanced Warehousing,Inventory Management, Quality Management, Transportation Management, EDI, and Inventory Management modules within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system.

  • Working with the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) and technology teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood and JD Edwards Supply Chain solutions meet the needs and expectations of the business. 

  • Ensure that the JDE Supply Chain and Distribution modules are aligned with medical device industry compliance standards, including FDA regulations. Support validation documentation, traceability, electronic records/signatures, audit readiness, and robust change control procedures to meet regulatory and quality system requirements.

  • Actively participate intheprogram to clone JD Edwards applications and processes into Vantive’s JDE instancesand ensure the cloned applications are working as expected.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Finance, Manufacturing, Commercial, HR, etc) to ensure smooth integration of the JDE Supply Chain processes with the business processes supported by these teams. 

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions. 

  • Partner with third-party support and delivery teams to manage and resolve any issues related to JD Edwards applications, ensuring timely and effective delivery of system enhancements and support. 

  • Configure and support JD Supply Chain modules, ensuring business needs are met and processes are streamlined. 

  • Preferred: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as Swisslog, including integration with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Understanding of automated warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling systems, and real-time data exchange to support efficient distribution workflows.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors with WMS and other supply chain systems interfaced with Vantive’s JDE instances. 

  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption. 

  • Drive and lead JD Edwards EnterpriseOne upgrade initiatives, contributing deep functional expertise across manufacturing modules. Oversee requirements definition, impact assessments, functional validation, and user enablement to ensure smooth transition and optimal system performance after the upgrade.

  • Play a critical role in continuous improvement initiatives by utilizing cloned applications to develop more efficient, scalable, and adaptable solutions. 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • At least 7 years of experience working with JD Edwards ERP, specifically in Sales Order Management, Procurement, Advanced Warehousing, Inventory Management, Quality Management, Transportation Management, EDI, and Inventory Management modules 

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and related best practices, with hands-on experience in system configuration and support. 

  • Proven ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot JD Edwards systems and integrations 

  • Experience with JDEdwards 9.2 or later versions is highly preferred. 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies. 

  • Experience in working with third-party support and delivery teams to drive solutions and ensure timely project delivery. 

  • Project management experience is a plus, especially in leading ERP implementations or upgrades. 

  • Experience in cloning and owning applications is a plus, especially in the context of improving operational efficiency. 

  • Ability to work with multiple geographies in a multicultural environment.

  • Ability and maturity to manage senior level stakeholders globally.

  • Experience in working in regulated environments (i.e. privacy/compliance)

  • Design thinking awareness and prior usage strongly preferred.
