Your role

Strategic Partnerships will play a pivotal role in advancing our Corporate Affairs agenda by cultivating and managing high-impact partnerships across sectors. This role will support the Head of Global Partnerships in executing a cross-functional Corporate Affairs strategy, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, coalition building, and programmatic collaboration that drives measurable outcomes.


This position is ideal for a relationship-driven leader with a proven track record in program management, strategic stakeholder engagement or public-private partnerships, who thrives in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

This role could be home based in Germany.

What you'll be doing

Partnership Strategy & Execution

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, industry coalitions, academic institutions, and government bodies that align with the company’s priorities

  • Support the development of partnership frameworks, KPIs, and governance models

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., Corporate Affairs, EHS, Legal, Procurement) and external partners to ensure alignment and execution of joint initiatives

  • Represent the company in international forums, working groups, and industry alliances

Program Management

  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives that leverage partnerships to advance corporate goals (e.g., access to home therapies, chronic kidney disease awareness, health equity)

  • Track and report on partnership performance, impact metrics, and ROI

Communications & Influence

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs and Communications teams to amplify partnership stories and progress.

  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and talking points for senior leadership.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in international management, marketing, business administration would be a plus

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, marketing, key account management, or business administration

  • Demonstrated success in building and managing multi-stakeholder partnerships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills

  • Experience working in or with healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries

  • Fluency in English and German is a must

  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a collaborative mindset

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing without authority

  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive impact
