Continually improve the current process and update related document; focus is on optimization for the use of raw materials, equipment and personnel in producing good quality products.  and define/optimize the SOP of production operation.

不断改善现有操作并更新文件，目的是用最省的原材料、设备和人力去生产高质量的产品。制定和优化适合生产操作的标准化程序。

1.Apply the tools such as Lean, 6 sigma, IE to improve the current process and operation, ensure that the production on the shift provides products to our customers on time with the correct quantity and potency, which is produced at the most effective cost and optimal process efficiencies in compliance with regulations.

应用精益，六西格玛，工业工程等工具改善现有流程和运作，保证生产部在合规下以最好的成本和最佳的效率下按时按量给我们的客户提供优质的产品。

2.Responsible for new projects related to production, and translate the new projects into normal operation process.

负责生产工艺相关的新项目，并将新项目转化为正常的生产运作过程。

3.Responsible for production validation involve in process validation, cleaning validation, production equipment validation.

负责与生产相关验证，包括产品生产工艺验证、清洗验证、生产设备验证等。

4.Continues improvement control systems in routine operation to eliminate and prevent error. The control systems include quality assurance process, EHS process, TPM process and so on.

在日常运作中不断改进控制系统以确保消除及预防差错，控制系统包括质量保证过程、安全、环保与健康过程以及全员设备维护过程等。

5.Establish and develop all production related documents and processes.

建立及完善相关的生产文件及程序。

6.Evaluate all the available resources the maximum the production capacity.

评估所有的资源以最大化生产产能。
