Am Standort Gambro Dialysatoren GmbH sind wir auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von innovativen Dialysatoren und Dialyse-Kathetern spezialisiert. Rund 1.100 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter engagieren sich täglich die Lebensqualität von Patienten mit Nierenerkrankungen oder Nierenversagen zu verbessern.

Aufgaben

• Support des Standorts zu Themen im Bereich Kreditoren, Problemstellungen lösen bei internen Kreditoren Buchhaltungsfällen

• Support für den Controller bei der Buchhaltung insbesondere Monatsabschluss, Verbuchungen und neue administrativ rechtliche Anforderungen

• Schulung/Einweisung der Mitarbeiter im korrekten Umgang mit den eingesetzten IT-Systemen die Buchhaltung betreffend

• Mitglied des Energieteams und Support bei der Energiesteuer, z. B.  Erhebung der Energiesteuer, z. B. beim Energierechnungsabgleich und in der jährlichen ISO-50001 Prüfung

• Unterstützung bei der Lieferanten Stammdatenpflege und Abwicklung komplizierter Zahlungsvorgänge

• Mitwirken bei der Inventur

Anforderungen

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, insbesondere im Bereich Buchhaltung (> 5 Jahre)

• Informations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Kostenbewusstsein

• Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (ERP-System und MS Excel)

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
