Provide technical service to medical equipment returned to the service center and in the field, following established procedures to ensure excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, calibration, and release testing of medical equipment, in accordance with applicable certifications and training.
 - Comply with corporate rules, local procedures, and company policies.
 - Manage and control spare parts inventory using the Kanban system.
 - Adhere to industrial safety and hygiene guidelines.
 - Complete regulatory training and any training that enhances job performance.
 - Meet leadership expectations assigned to the position.
 - Help reduce technical service needs and promote better acceptance of marketed/installed products.
 - Resolve issues and conflicts constructively, based on responsibilities.
 - Understand and follow job-related activities according to operational procedures.
 - Promote continuous improvement and resource optimization.
 - Ensure compliance with production plans at the Service Center.
 - Use and manage the corporate card responsibly, in line with current policy (if applicable).
 - Perform activities within a regulatory framework aligned with Good Manufacturing Practices and/or Good Storage Practices.
 - Responsibly manage supplies, materials, printed items, and packaging materials required for assigned tasks.
 - Carry out additional duties as assigned beyond those described in this job description.
 
Required Experience
- 1 to 4 years of experience handling control instruments and maintaining electronic equipment.
 
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Instrumentation and electronics
 - Basic computing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
 - Basic English (able to read manuals and complete training)
 - Knowledge of electricity, electronics, and instrumentation
