Explore Finance from the Frontlines – Join Us as an Account Receivable (AR) & Credit Intern!

Are you detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking for real-world finance experience in a dynamic global company? We’re looking for a proactive Account Receivable (AR) and Credit Intern to join our high-performing team at Vantive Business Services KL!

This internship offers hands-on exposure to financial operations, customer interactions, and cross-functional collaboration — giving you a front-row seat to how companies manage working capital effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an integral part of our AR & Credit team, you’ll gain valuable experience in:

• Retrieve and organize critical documentation for customer collections (invoices, delivery notes, proof of payment).
• Account Reconciliation: Generate reports and support reconciliation of outstanding balances.
• Help update invoice remarks and collection status in internal systems.
• Mailbox Management: Monitor and triage the shared mailbox to ensure efficient customer communication.
• Customer Portal Research: Track invoice status and payment updates across customer portals.
• Credit Operations: Assist with updating credit hold codes, status files, and aging reports.
• Customer Master Data (CDM): Support updates to customer profiles including contact details and bank information.
• Project Coordination: Lead a team-building initiative for the C2C team from planning to execution.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Students pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and a love for organized processes
• Clear and confident communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and large data sets
• Eager to learn, adapt, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who enjoys working with others and bringing ideas to life
