Your future role at Vantive

At Vantive, our mission is extending lives and expanding possibilities—and that starts with building a world-class digital backbone. We are looking for a Senior Manager of IT Network Technology, a visionary leader with hands-on expertise to drive transformation across our global network ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll set the strategic and technical direction for Network Infrastructure Applications, Network Automation, and Architecture, ensuring seamless integration across WAN, Campus Networking, Voice, and Contact Center domains. Reporting directly to the Director of Global IT Network Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling the technologies that power life-changing innovations.

What You’ll Do

• Network Infrastructure Applications:
  • Own and evolve the ecosystem of network-related applications (e.g., Nautobot, IPAM, monitoring, configuration management).
  • Ensure integration with enterprise IT platforms and security standards.
  • Define application roadmaps and lifecycle strategies in partnership with stakeholders.
• Network Automation Leadership:
  • Drive adoption of NetDevOps practices and automation frameworks for provisioning, configuration, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery.
• Network Architecture Oversight:
  • Serve as the global network architect for WAN, LAN, Wireless, Voice, and Contact Center technologies.
  • Define architecture standards and evaluate emerging technologies to align with Vantive’s transformation goals.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced certifications (CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent) highly desirable.
• Proven experience in enterprise networking, architecture, and automation leadership.
• Expertise in SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud-integrated networking.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Ansible, Python, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Familiarity with platforms like Nautobot, NetBox, Infoblox, and monitoring stacks.
• Proven experience working in a global team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile/Scrum or Project Management certifications are a plus.
