Establecer y fortalecer relaciones operativas a nivel central con cuentas clave institucionales como IMSS Ordinario, IMSS Bienestar, ISSSTE, SEDENA y CCINSHAE. Coordinar procesos contractuales incluyendo formalización, cumplimiento, agotamiento, gestión de cartera, modificaciones operativas y la inclusión de terapias diferenciales.
Key Responsibilities
Drive consultative sales of new and existing medical products and services
Execute customer-centric strategies to enhance institutional engagement
Lead contract lifecycle management: negotiation, formalization, compliance, and renewals
Provide expert guidance on institutional purchasing processes and requirements
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, Market Access, Tenders) to ensure aligned execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with administrative, medical, and procurement teams in central offices
Generate commercial intelligence and identify new business opportunities
Support forecasting, targeting, and promotional planning
Indirectly lead and influence cross-functional commercial teams
Knowledge and Skills
Deep understanding of centralized structures in public health institutions (IMSS, ISSSTE, etc.)
Knowledge of hospital markets and public procurement processes
Strategic sales and negotiation techniques
Budget analysis and interpretation
CRM and digital communication tools (Office Suite, Tableau)
Effective stakeholder mapping and access strategy
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Competencies: customer orientation, innovation, results-driven, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and team collaboration
Required Experience
2–3 years managing relationships with stakeholders in central offices of public health institutions
2–3 years in sales or promotion of healthcare-related products/services (medical devices, pharma, or similar)
Proven track record in public sector contracting and institutional sales
