Your role at Vantive:

Supply the materials, equipment, and indirect services required by the company, meeting customer needs at the best cost, with quality, and in a timely manner, in compliance with the company’s E&C policy. Coordinate communication and supply between plants and customers, collaborating with internal and external clients to ensure effective and lean communication.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensure supply for countries and markets under the Drop Shipment model related to Vantive in Latin America.
  • Coordinate the timely and accurate execution of orders between different supply plants and customers.
  • Plan, implement, and lead supplier management strategies, cost improvement projects, savings (MIPS), etc.
  • Achieve service level objectives.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of sales forecasts versus inventory levels to determine supply risks and define purchasing plans.
  • Knowledge and monthly execution of S&OP and Pre-S&OP processes (Backorder projections, excess inventory, and short expirations).
  • Manage purchasing plans to ensure inventory levels (maximums and minimums).
  • Place and follow up on purchase orders based on requirements and forecasts, both domestic and import.
  • Coordinate with COMEXT for the implementation of imported finished products and medical equipment.
  • Work with local QA for the release of purchased finished products, medical equipment, and conditioning materials.
  • Coordinate with the labeling area for the conditioning of purchased finished products.
  • Control inventory levels to ensure product availability for sale, eliminate backorders, maintain amounts according to budgets and/or financial forecast reviews, capitalize applicable equipment per process, manage products nearing expiration or slow-moving, and coordinate and control the disposal of damaged or defective products.
  • Execute activities required for the implementation of launches and/or changes to imported or third-party products, in compliance with Health Regulations and the Quality System, for commercialization in the corresponding region.
  • Lead and/or participate in improvement projects.

What you’ll bring:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administrative Chemical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, inventory management and control, product planning, and/or production scheduling.
  • Proficiency in IT tools: Office, advanced Excel, JDE, and SAP.
  • Advanced English.
