Your role at Vantive
Responsible for supplying the LATAM market for Vantive within the framework of ethics and compliance, while promoting the company’s values and competencies among employees. Develop team members by creating succession plans. Act as the point of contact with the commercial team for all Supply Chain matters, being able to understand the needs of both sides, communicate effectively, and generate collaborative projects with key stakeholders to take operations to the next level. Develop initiatives focused on innovation, technology, and improving the customer experience.

What you’ll be doing
- Responsible for meeting the area’s financial objectives. Develops the expense budget and ensures compliance throughout the year. Manages spending efficiently and establishes timely mitigation actions for risks and deviations. Leads the expense reduction program to achieve established goals.
- Plan and schedule the supply for operations where Vantive has a presence, ensuring compliance with internal and external customer requirements in a financially efficient manner and handling products according to appropriate storage conditions.
- Develop and lead continuous improvement and operational optimization programs.
- Determine the financial, human, and technological resources needed to achieve established objectives.
- Proactively and effectively interact and manage relationships with distribution, customer service, planning, purchasing, sales, and other internal areas, as well as with customers and service providers.
- Collaborate in developing the medium- and long-term vision and strategy for the integrated Supply Chain function.
- Implement challenging objectives for the area of responsibility and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor operational performance. Identify deviations promptly and establish effective containment actions to achieve expected results.
- Execute strong leadership of the work team, aligned with the organization’s culture and principles. Create an optimal work environment and foster people development by providing guidance and frequent feedback.
- Ensure the availability, functionality, and optimal conditions of the elements necessary to execute operations: facilities, equipment, IT systems (e.g., WMS), and others.
- Attend audits from internal and external programs and entities, ensuring follow-up and compliance with resulting agreements and action plans.
- Design and maintain robust emergency and business continuity plans to ensure service to patients and customers during unforeseen events.
What you’ll bring
- Industrial Engineering degree or related field.
- Master’s degree desirable.
- Advanced English.
- 8–12 years of experience in planning (preferably in raw materials, finished products, distribution, and experience in WH operations and distribution).
- Supply Chain Management (inventory, supply strategy, warehouse sanitary regulations).
- Project management and Lean, Six Sigma.
- Administrative management of staff and outsourcing.
- Financial knowledge: P&L management and financial statements.
- Knowledge of integrated inventory and logistics management systems ERP (JDE, SAP, AS-400).
