Für unseren Customer Service suchen wir Sie als Customer Service Administrator (m/w/d) – befristet bis 31.12.2026 in Unterschleißheim (Hybridoption).

In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich das Claria Collection Project nach den Vorgaben des europäischen Teams und für die Verwaltung der sich daraus ergebenden Vorgänge auf lokaler Ebene. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie das B2C- und B2B-Team bei der Betreuung von Kunden und Patienten.

Aufgaben

  • Kontaktaufnahme mit Kunden, Organisation und Bewilligung des Abschlusses von Claria EQ-Rücksendungen, Aktualisierung von Betriebsberichten

  • Abwicklung von Rechnungskorrekturen

  • Verwaltung von Rücksendungen

  • Auftragsbearbeitung

  • Backorder Management

  • Anlage und Pflege der Patientenstammdaten

  • First Level Support des B2C-Kundenportals

  • Operative und technische Unterstützung von E-Commerce-Prozessen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Administration bzw. Kundenservice

  • Starke Kundenorientierung und positive Ausstrahlung

  • Kommunikationsstark und teamfähig

  • Systemaffinität

  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse in Word, Excel, Outlook und Erfahrung mit ERP/CRM Systemen

  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
