Your role

As Fulfillment Key Accounts Specialist (m/f/d) you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence for Key Accounts through the effective and full management of orders, deliveries and inventory.

You will be part of the Customer Service Team and work closely with the Sales Operations Team, customers and the other Fulfillment teams to ensure high-quality customer experience, while aligning with and supporting the company’s goals and objectives to deliver high-quality customer experience. 

This role is located in Unterschleissheim near Munich (hybrid option).

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment and driving improvements to increase automation, speed and quality of the order entry process

  • Enter, process and monitor orders, ensuring alignment with inventory availability and delivery timelines

  • Ensure deliveries are performed by supporting functions according to the most cost-effective way within the expectation framework of the customer

  • Manage Backorder Releases according to Sales inputs and in alignment with the other functions

  • Receive and register all service and products complaints in the designated tool(s), ensuring timely follow up by internal supporting functions involved

  • In Coordination with Sales Operations team, process financial adjustments while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures 

  • Manage returns requests as an End-to-End process, regardless of the reason of the return

  • Participate in the Business Review process and take ownership of the managed processes

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies

  • Ensure the monthly inventory reconciliation is in place

  • Ensure a yearly inventory count is performed and concluded

  • Align with and support the C2C team to ensure invoices match with the self-billing process

  • Manage KPIs on operational performance and service levels

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or sales roles

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external clients  

  • Proven adeptness at conflict resolution and problem-solving in a dynamic business environment

  • Very good analytical skills, capable of assessing situations and formulating informed strategies

  • Strong system affinity and a profound understanding of technical contexts 

  • Familiarity with the B2B sector, particularly within the healthcare domain 

  • Service and solution-oriented thinking & acting 

  • Customer-focus mindset

  • Expertise in process optimization and driving innovation across operations 

  • Excellent English and German language skills
