Work Location: Vantive Old Toongabbie Office (Expected to move to New Office in Victoria Cross, North Sydney soon)
Report: Marketing & Market Access Manager
Job Scope: The Marketing Communications Manager will lead strategic and tactical external communications initiatives to drive growth in the number of patients on home dialysis and optimize their experience and time on therapy. This role will ensure alignment with global and regional strategies while tailoring messaging to meet local market needs across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement marketing communications plans to increase adoption of home dialysis therapies
Create patient and clinician engagement campaigns across multiple channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, clinical education, product management) to align messaging and objectives
Produce compelling content for patients, clinicians, and stakeholders (brochures, digital assets, social media, e-mail content)
Ensure all communications comply with regulatory and brand standards
Performance Measurement
Analyse campaign effectiveness, adoption rates, and patient outcomes
Recommend adjustments based on data-driven insights
EHS & GMP Responsibilities (Individual Contributor)
Pro-actively contribute to zero harm workplace for all employees
Comply with legal and corporate EHS requirements, safe work practices and EHS policies and procedures at all times
Report all hazards, near misses and incidents as soon as practicable and participate in identifying actions to prevent harm from occurring to our people and/or our environment
Employees at every level are responsible for quality (GMP) and regulatory performance in the department to ensure quality program is met
Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal documents and safety and ethical standards, obtaining legal compliance training
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
Minimum 5 years in marketing communications within healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns
Experience managing digital health solutions or technology-based patient engagement tools
Familiarity with patient-centric programmes and clinician engagement strategies
Demonstrated tenacity when dealing with complex market/customer issues
Experience with B2C desirable
Strong strategic and tactical marketing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Project management expertise with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with contemporary tools, including Canva, Monday.com, AI
