Key Accountabilities

  • Provide input to, and implement, the Renal Care PD business plan
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Build new and maintain existing relationships with healthcare organizations
  • Achieve customer satisfaction goals for assigned accounts and sales areas, identify opportunities for new solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to increase sales
  • Analyze account attractiveness, negotiate bids and tender
  • Provide insights and recommendations on market trends and market intelligence
  • Prepare and implement plans for visiting clients
  • Delivering clinical messaging about available therapies, key differentiators, and services effectively through an evidence-based approach
  • Lead and facilitate peer-to-peer networking opportunities across the territory for commercial staff to encourage best in class evidence-based practice
  • Deliver internal training activities as subject matter experts to drive clinical excellence amongst the commercial team (e.g. sales, customer services)
  • To be based in Terengganu / Kelantan

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong problem solving and data analysis ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, suitable for all levels of internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Good knowledge of clinical therapies, ideally in a renal setting
  • Good understanding of the principles of delivering clinical education
  • The ability to influence and negotiate
  • Skilled Microsoft Office user, particularly Excel

Knowledge & Experience

  • Previous commercial experience in the life sciences, with a successful track-record in delivering against sales targets
  • Successful experience of training health care professionals and patients
  • Good knowledge of the therapy area
