Job Scope: Under the general direction of the Supervisor, is responsible for performing simple production process not involving any machine (i.e. manual work) while adhering to quality and regulatory requirements. Is expected to be able to fix routine problem without supervision.
Job Descriptions:
Perform simple production process including manual work with clear instructions/ step by steps process to achieve production targets within acceptable quality standards.
Handle materials and chemical usage in Mixing.
Calculate potency of materials and material usage for Mixing.
Operate Citect of Mixing.
Operate Paltronic (Integrity tester) for filter integrity testing.
Housekeeping control in Mixing and clean room.
Work and communicate with team and other function.
Monitor, check and record machine parameters.
Assist in training of new operators
Coach new hires on process
Perform other related activities assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Male (due to lifting of heavy goods)
Education: Vocational certificate/ Higher vocational certificate or above.
Basic skills in computer and basic English (able to read, write)
Loves cleanliness and personal hygiene
Able to work in a cleanroom
Able to lift heavy objects (25 kg per bag, using 2 people per bag)
Flexible in work, able to work shifts, able to do overtime every day including Saturdays and Sundays some weeks according to production plan
Able to work on Sunday nights (2-3 nights/month)
Patient, honest, reasonable and careful in work
