Position: Plant Pharmacist Intern (สหกิจศึกษา)
A Plant Pharmacist Intern for Vantive Healthcare Manufacturing supports peritoneal dialysis production by learning quality assurance (QA), process improvement (LEAN/CAPA), packaging, and regulatory compliance, focusing on skills in data analysis (Excel), project management, and teamwork within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment, bridging academic knowledge with practical manufacturing operations to ensure safe, effective drug production.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
Quality:Assist in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) activities, CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) investigations, and adherence to quality standards.
Production Support:Learn about pharmaceutical packaging, labeling, storage, and waste management.
Team Collaboration:Work with internal teams, learn from mentors, and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Studying Bachelor of Pharmacy.
Skills:Pratical level of English (written/spoken), communication, data analysis, problem-solving.
Attributes:Growth mindset, learning agility, analytical, outcomes-focused, and team-oriented.
