Position: QA Inspector

Reporting Manager: QA Supervisor

Location: Nikom Amata City, Rayong

Area/ Process of Responsibility: Peritoneal Dialysis (Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical)

Normal Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8-5, Able to Work as Shift (Day & Night) and daily overtime (OT Provided).

Job Scope: QA Inspector will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements in the production of medical devices/medicines.

Job Details:

• Inspect and test products/materials to ensure quality standards are met.

• Identify and report defects or discrepancies.

• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

• Document and maintain quality records.

• Support internal/external audits and inspections.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree in a related technical field is a plus.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality inspection or quality control role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, schematics, and work orders.

• Proficiency with basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 is highly preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey findings and collaborate across teams.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to quality improvement.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic in English communication skills in both, written and verbal. 

• Able to Work as Shift (Day & Night) and daily overtime (OT Provided).

• Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 (Standard Working Hour)
