Position: Sr. HR Specialist (ER & Training)

Reporting Manager: Associate HR Manager

Dotted Line: Plant HR Manager

Location: Nikom Amata City, Rayong

Normal Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8-5

Job Scope: Sr. HR Specialist must be able to analyze corporate strategic needs, core & functional competencies and training needs that support business strategies, and possesses the competent to plan, develop and implement training programs, orientation, training manuals and all personnel development activities that lead to the accomplishment of business goals as well as promote our cultural values and employee relation activities. Manpower management.

Job Descriptions:

1. Employee Relation:

  • Ensuring Human Resources Policy and Company Work Rule & Regulation compliance including Global policy.
  • Counsel employees concerning work-related problems/issues and conduct exit interviews providing feedback to management when necessary as well as attrition reports.
  • Design and implement employee relations, CSR activities, and employee support programs to create a conducive and respectful workplace and good working relationship between employees and their supervisors.
  • Promote cultural and sporting activities in the company.
  • Handle engagement survey program, analyst, and support action plan implementation. Including reward & recognition programs.
  • Development and implementation of other strategic employee relations initiatives.
  • Review/update welfare & benefit policy as well as communicate to all emp.

2. Training

  • Conduct training needs analysis and developmental initiatives, gathering training requirements from internal clients based on business needs.
  • Design and implement employee induction program.
  • Plan and design training programs to address employee’s competency gaps.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties (both internal and external) regarding the training requests.
  • Arrange and facilitate training as planned or requests also control training budget.
  • Maintain, update, and monitor information and databases on learning center to ensure accuracy and completeness of information, in which complies with rules and regulations, and is available for relevant parties in a timely manner
  • Address and evaluate issues regarding training, as well as provide inputs for improvement to ensure that issue is solved.
  • Initiate new learning activities to enhance program effectiveness.

3. Manpower Management

  • Coordinate with the Global/Local TA team complying with the hiring plan and ensure the process of the orientation program is ready on the start date.
  • Handle contingent labor hiring and manage the regularized process. Also, ensure the ratio follows company policy.
  • Maintain employee profile on both electronic and hard copy compliance with Labor law.
  • Contractor management.
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Employee Relations & Training.
  • Background in the HRBP role is essential
  • Knowledge of Labor Protection Law and related regulations.
  • Proficient English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management, change management and project management skills.
  • Experiences with Strong knowledge and experience in Training & Development including curriculum design, activities-based training, etc.
  • Good IT skills and experience in any HRIS system are a plus.
  • Able to develop a policy / C&B benchmark for manufacturing staff is preferable.
  • Proactive, strong in analytical, problem solving, structural thinking and project management
  • Mature with good interpersonal.
