Job Scope: This job involves performing simple production processes with clear instructions, performing machine maintenance, handling lift trucks, controlling materials, operating automatic loading machines, and testing filter integrity. The role also involves ensuring housekeeping is maintained in sterilization and truck loading areas, working collaboratively with the team and other functions, assisting in the training of new operators, and coaching new hiresonthe process. The supervisor assigns other related activities as required.
Job Descriptions:
Perform simple production processes with clear instructions and step-by-step procedures to achieve production targets within acceptable quality standards.
Perform machine preventive maintenance.
Drive and handle lift trucks.
Control materials, such as truck tickets and over pouches for truck tickets, and other related tasks.
Operate automatic loading machines.
Operate Citect of Sterilization.
Operate Palltronic (Integrity tester) for filter integrity testing.
Control housekeeping in sterilization and truck loading areas.
Work and communicate with the team and other functions.
Control auto loading machines.
Assist in training new operators.
Coach new hires on the process.
Perform other related activities assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent(technician college background) or related experience
Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, as well as basic mechanical knowledge and experience with machine operation. Basic computer skills and good communication and teamwork skills are also preferred. Certification to drive and handle lift trucks is required.

Must be able to follow instructions and work independently.
