Your role at Vantive
Responsible for overall marketing planning and execution of plans related to their assigned product(s). This person will be recognized as the subject matter expert on drivers and barriers associated with the adoption of their product(s) and will identify, develop innovative solutions, and lead initiatives to achieve growth targets. This individual supports the development and execution of annual business plans and ensures alignment of positioning with the Global Business Unit as well successfully execute product launchings and product innovation. Within Key objective is the development and implementation of digital marketing solutions.

What you'll be doing
·Develop and execute country commercial plans in alignment with GBU and region strategy, adapting value proposition for the needs of assigned market; deploy local promotional materials based upon global/regional toolkits
·Develop, adapt/customize, and execute local demand generation programs and campaigns
·Design, develop and implement marketing plan focused on expansion, therapy access and adoption within market.
·Establish and maintain local society and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to support product growth & adoption
·Implement adapt/customize training plan and deliver key product training for internal & external stakeholders
·Provide country-level forecasts for demand planning & help address/manage supply interruptions with customers
·Feedback key customer insights & market trends to Business Unit Lead (incl. competitor intelligence) and/or global business unit from stakeholders; provide input into Country / Cluster commercial plans
·Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders for product launches and operational needs such as product lifecycle initiatives, including product discontinuations
·Execute local pricing strategy aligned with global guidance
·Support management of distributers / alliance partners / tender process by providing product-level details & specifications
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other correlated majors.
Post-graduate or MBA degree is desired
Fluency in enlish is a must
Fluency in Spanish is preferred
Solid experience in translating marketing strategies into action plans for the Latin America South region.
