About the Role
Vantive is seeking a passionate and driven Associate Manager & Clinical Lead to join our Renal Care team in Singapore, with regional responsibility for Singapore and Brunei. This position combines clinical expertise, technical competency, and commercial acumen across our Hemodialysis (HD), Water Treatment, and Acute Dialysis businesses. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver therapy excellence, support hospital operations, and drive growth for Vantive’ s renal portfolio. The role is well-suited for a professional who enjoys working hands-on in clinical settings while also influencing strategic account outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Hemodialysis (HD) & Water Treatment
- Manage assigned territory to achieve sales and account growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nephrologists, nurses, renal unit personnel, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and user training on HD machines and water treatment systems.
- Provide clinical and technical support, including troubleshooting and operational guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing to ensure timely quotations, tenders, and service delivery.
Acute Dialysis
- Deliver technical and clinical support for Acute Dialysis therapies, focusing on machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Achieve clinical measures through management of territory and execution of planned activities
- Conduct in-service training and clinical education to healthcare professionals.
- Serve as the main clinical and technical contact for hospitals, ensuring smooth therapy delivery and high-quality service.
- Support clinical evaluations, trials, and therapy transitions in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new clinical opportunities in both Singapore and Brunei.
Customer Engagement & Compliance
- Foster long-term customer relationships through professional, ethical, and value-driven engagement.
- Attend to calls from the patients and healthcare personnel inclusive of 24/7 hotline call services for HD and Acute.
- Participate in marketing and educational activities such as exhibitions, symposiums, and product campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with Vantive’s Code of Conduct, quality standards, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Promote a strong culture of safety and maintain accurate records of field activities, service calls, and training sessions.
- In the instance patient interaction is required: Ensures that at no time they are involved in the prescribing or medical management of patients. Support and training is only in relation to the technical use of Vantive products, equipment or services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Valid nursing practicing certificate (Singapore) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in renal therapy, hemodialysis, acute dialysis, or medical device industries.
- Proven track record in account management, sales, or clinical support roles.
- Strong technical understanding of HD systems, acute dialysis therapies, and water treatment systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel between Singapore and Brunei, with 24/7 on-call standby rotation (7 days per month).
