Support purchasing all necessary raw materials, accessories, equipment, parts and other utilities for production in the most economical price and favorable payment terms, and ensure producing schedule carried out.

1.    Get quotations from supplier.

2.    Responsible for checking Purchase Requisition from other departments, Input all purchasing information in Coupa or JDE System timely and accurately.

3.    Material Price Application and Maintenance in JDE System

4.    Follow up purchasing orders status.
跟踪订单到货状况。
5.    Check and coordinate to close any issues during Procure to Pay process.
核对并协调解决购买到付款过程中的问题。
6.    Suppliers master information review and update.
供应商信息的定期回顾和更新。
7.    Ensure to sign responsible contract compliance with internal approval process per required time.
保证采购职责范围内的合同按时按流程批准签署。
8.    Meet Baxter's EHS and GMP requirements.
行为必须符合百特安全环保方针和GMP要求。
9.    Strictly carry out company's SOP while check and give its feedback.
严格执行公司的SOP，检查及反馈SOP执行情况。
10.    Complete annual Performance Objectives and other missions required by supervisor.
