Responsibility职责

Carry out routine inspection, trouble shooting and fault prevention; ensure the equipment be running in a good condition.

负责生产设备巡视点检，故障排除和隐患处理，保证设备高效运行。

Specific Responsibilities具体工作职责

Carry out routine work of PD equipment including daily repairing and inspection tour; fault diagnostics and urgent repairing.
负责工厂生产设备的日常维修和巡视检查工作，及时做好故障诊断、隐患处理与应急维修，以保证设备高效运转。 Conduct planned maintenance to keep production equipment into perfect status.
对设备按计划实施保养,确保设备处于一个良好的状态。 Conduct preventive maintenance, reduce loss due to equipment reason.
Continuous improvement equipment efficiency, engage Kaizen project.
Assist leader to prepare the PM plan. PM计划。 Accomplish assigned jobs by leader.
完成主管布置的各项工作。

Requirements职位要求

Professional school above in related major and 5+ years working experience related.
相关专业中专以上学历，至少具有五年以上专业工作经验

Excellent experience in actual maintenance & repairing; Major in mechanical or automatic field.
动手能力强，机械维修或电气维修优先 Be able to handle M&R issues on his own.
能独立的承担设备维修工作 Be good at coordination.
具有良好的协调工作能力。 Ability to work well under pressure. Be willing to work long hours when required.
能在压力下工作。在需要时愿意加班。
