Responsibility职责

Perform physical tests in all relevant manufacturing and daily operation and maintenance of the laboratory according to Vantive standard procedure and GMP requirements.
依据万益特标准操作规程及GMP的规范要求完成所有的与生产相关的物理实验及日常实验室的运维。

Specific Responsibilities具体工作职责

q  Perform sampling and tests for packing material and raw materials according to monitoring requirements as below:
依据控制要求完成下列包材及原料的取样及实验：

ØPacking raw materials and components analysis 包材原料、组件的检验

ØDirect contact drug packaging materials analysis 直接接触药包装材料的检验

ØPackaging products analysis包材成品检验

ØPrint test 印刷制品的检验

ØPacking material samples retention 包材留样

ØSamples retention monitoring 留样检测

ØStability test 稳定性实验

q  Perform test for medical devices

执行医疗器械检验

q  Keep equipment maintenance and calibration in good condition.
保证仪器的维护和校验状态良好。

q  Review relevant test report.

复核相关的实验报告。

q  Responsible for testing reagent,standard solution preparation,and ensure validity,responsible for maintenance of instruments.

负责实验分析所用试剂、标准溶液配制，并对其有效性负责，维护实验所用仪器设备设施。

q  Participate in sectional training. Continuously improve technical skills, GMP awareness and professional skills.

参加部门员工培训。持续改进技术技能、GMP知识及专业技能。

q  Report to engineer immediately when any out of specification is encountered. Assist chemist to investigate OOS.
发生超标时马上报告工程师。并协助调查超标原因。

q  Maintain the working areas clean and neat.
负责维持工作区域内卫生。

q  Observe and monitor behavior, provide feedback for at risk behavior and reinforce safe behaviors in order to prevent accidents.
遵守和约束自己的行为举止,对危险行为做出反馈, 加强安全行为,避免事故发生。

q  Obtain appropriate EHS training and report incidents of noncompliance with EHS laws and requirements or failure to carry out EHS responsibilities, which endanger the environment or people.
接受相应的EHS 培训,报告不符合EHS法律的事故或对环境和人员造成伤害的行为。

q  Understand and implement Vantive, division and regulatory EHS requirements as applicable to this position.

理解并执行万益特公司EHS对该职位的相关政策。

q  Any other work authorized by Supervisor.
其它由上级主管授权的工作。

Requirements职位要求

q  Education background relating pharmacy, College degree.
专科及以上毕业，具有药学相关教育背景。

q  Be able to read and understand English documents.
能够阅读并理解英语文件。

q  Good human relationship skills.

良好的沟通能力。

q  Good data analysis skills, be proficient in using computer software such as Word, Excel, etc.
良好的数据分析技能，能熟练使用Word, Excel等办公软件
