【業務内容】
・顧客（医療従事者・患者さん）視点を常に意識し、より高い顧客満足につながる対応を実践する
・薬機法・個人情報保護法など関連法規や業務マニュアルを遵守し、業務を行う
・電話及び社内システムを使用し、患者さんの製品の在庫状況を確認し、配送日を設定する
・社内システムへの受注・出荷データの入力、医療機関向けレポートを作成、送付する
・医療機関や代理店から処方箋を入手し、品名、数量等の内容を確認した上で出荷処理を行う
・処方内容に関する確認や問い合わせ対応を行う（医療機関・社内関係部門との連携含む）
・業務スケジュールの作成、業務の優先順位付けを行い、効率的に業務を遂行する
・配送コストなど、業務に関連するコスト意識を持ち、業務を遂行する
