Role overview
The Regional Customer Data Management Specialist is responsible for providing support in managing the Customer Data Management processes for the customers of all sales channels supported by the regional Business Services. Responsibilities also include occasional formal relationship management with the business stakeholders, GPOs and other BBS functions.
What you'll do
Provide support on master data management methodologies and techniques applicable;
Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the master data quality;
Provide expert advice in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with subject matter experts, GPOs and data stewards;
Support standardization and process improvement activities to reduce complexity, eliminate errors and improve the quality of outputs and transactions;
Identify, define, and implement process improvements, and present solutions to Team Lead;
Keep up to date with master data management best practices and technology improvements and identifying opportunities to implement those.
What you'll bring
Excellent problem solving with great customer service skills;
Functional knowledge of the accounts receivable and dispute management processes;
Adaptability to new ideas and ways of accomplishing tasks with proficiency in using JDE or similar ERP (C2C technology will be an advantage);
Teamwork approach and proven track record in master data management and improvements;
Fluency in English, both oral and written;
Strong reporting tools knowledge including MS Excel.
