What you'll do

  • Act as a trusted business partner: Leverage financial and business expertise to provide data insights to senior management.
  • Support functional leaders and stakeholders: Provide analysis, reporting services, and presentation materials for Monthly and Quarterly Reviews (MRR & QRR), and forecast scenarios.
  • Identify cost efficiencies, trends, risks, and opportunities: Inform business stakeholders with relevant insights.
  • Collaborate with accounting and FP&A teams: Ensure accurate month-end close processes.
  • Drive process standardization: Implement and promote standardized reporting and communication.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness: Maintain high standards for monthly reports, forecasts, and annual budget/strategic plan preparation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships: Enhance and sustain relationships with finance and business customers.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and modeling: Conduct various financial initiatives as needed.
  • Load budget and forecast adjustments: Input adjustments into the system accurately.
  • Provide support: Assist finance and fellow Center of Excellence (CoE) members.

What you'll bring

  • Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field required
  • 5+ years of experience working in a finance function, coupled with diversified experience in financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and ad hoc-related analyses
  • Technical and financial knowledge, including an understanding of internal control requirements and accounting principles as well as an understanding of the relevant business environment
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity with accounting, financial analysis and reporting
  • Proficient in financial modelling skills and statistical techniques and selects the appropriate technique to address the problem at hand
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE), Planful Planning, and PBI preferred
  • English: Full professional proficiency required
