What you'll do

• Follow EMEA TA audit plan in conjunction with TA Ops Partner to ensure audit compliance within TA team on requisitions, escalate the findings, as required
• Initiate and manage requests for EMEA Purchase Order (PO) generation including reconciling invoices and PO numbers to help track Talent Acquisition expenditure (including, but not limited to, in-region media) and ensure timely payment to suppliers
• Support on review of PSL SharePoint and contracts (EMEA)
• Accountable for timely review of new EMEA requisitions for accuracy, completeness and prompt allocation to the relevant recruiter
• Provide system guidance to Hiring Managers and TA Partners as required
• Support TA Partners and HR Operations in reviewing and producing UK offer letters and employment agreements as required
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
• Explore opportunities to streamline current processes
• Support the build, release and ongoing maintenance of automations on MS Power platforms
• Proactively build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll bring

·Experience with Workday

·Proven expertise with complex scheduling

·Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

·Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

·Experienced user of MS packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms, PowerAutomate, SharePoint)

·Capability to interact with people across all levels of business with a high, customer service orientation

·Capability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment

·5 + years’ Experience within a global TA function preferred
