Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, healthcare authorities, payers, and patient associations in Türkiye to strengthen Vantive’s position in the renal care policy landscape.

• Represent Vantive in relevant local and national associations, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.

• Monitor and analyze Türkiye’s healthcare policy and reimbursement environment; provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Supply) to align access and policy strategies with business objectives in Türkiye.

• Contribute to policy advocacy initiatives.

• Support Turkish patient organizations and other advocacy partners in developing access and awareness initiatives.

• Plan and support patient awareness campaigns in Türkiye in close alignment with regional Communications and Marketing team.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector/industry.

• University degree, preferably in Political Science, Healthcare, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of the Turkish health policy environment.

• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven capacity to work collaboratively and efficiently in a matrix and fast-paced environment.

• Proactive, adaptable, and result-oriented mindset with high sense of responsibility.

• An existing network with the key healthcare & policy institutions in Türkiye would be a strong asset.

Fluency (written, spoken, read) in Turkish is a must.
