Your Role:

In this role, you will help define the global Fulfillment function’s direction by assisting in the identification, development, and execution of strategic initiatives. The breadth of functions includes Transportation, Third Party Logistics (3PL), Warehousing, and the overall Network across all Fulfillment regions. Devise strategies aimed to optimize the regional execution with the primary focus on people, processes, and technology. This role will provide thoughtful leadership on cross-functional initiatives and complex projects that include partnering with Commercial, Manufacturing, and Planning team members with the focus on delivering results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Global Fulfillment strategic initiatives aimed to transform existing business processes to optimize cost and service level.

  • Demonstrate project management acumen and skills to prioritize initiatives, build project roadmaps, scope, deliverables, metrics, and scheduled plan.

  • Collaborate with the cross-functional to build project requirements ensuring the proposed solution will meet business needs.

  • Drive change through exceptional communication with project sponsorship, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Exhibit analytical prowess provide a recommendation to business leaders to agree on project prioritization

  • Continuously partner with ISC leaders to identify, analyze, and accelerate strategies for value improvement, proposition, and enhancement.

  • Prioritize and manage key projects by deriving insight from analytics

  • Drive collaboration and quality execution of key cross-functional projects

  • Influence stakeholders to adopt new ideas, projects and / or approaches.

  • Solve high-impact problems and develop actionable solutions for the most challenging issues facing the company, with an end-to-end focus

  • Identify future growth opportunities for the organization, with particular attention to the capabilities needed to operationalize and capture value from these areas

  • Provide thought partnership to business partners on a broad range of business-critical topics

  • Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trends

What you'll bring:

  • 5-7 years of business strategy, planning, analytics, and operations experience

  • In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following Integrated Supply chain functions is needed to guide development project: Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Planning and/or Fulfillment.

  • Proven track record of collaborating with functional leads to solve complex business problems and presenting solutions to leadership

  • Leadership and influencing skills, ability to successfully complete projects in a highly matrixed, consensus-driven organization

  • Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and oversee multiple projects at once

  • Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, set actionable goals and drive metrics and execution

  • Problem solving skills, ability to deal with complex and ambiguous business problems and develop concrete integrated supply chain and business recommendations

  • Critical thinking skills, ability to constructively challenge ideas and assumptions

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA or MS a plus.

  • 5 or more years of business experience working in and leading cross functional teams

  • 3+ year of Project Management experience

  • Previous experience in global Supply Chain medical device manufacturing network, or healthcare services and/or specialty pharmacy service preferred

  • Flexible and adaptable - able to work in ambiguous situations and to bring clarity to the process

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $108,000 - $135,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
