•  Apply accounting and controls knowledge to system design, reconciliations, journals, treasury activities, and related workflows.

•  Partner with Accounting and Treasury teams to ensure processes align with policies, controls, audit requirements, and business needs.

•  Help manage governance routines for system changes, master data impacts, access administration, workflow updates, and process exceptions.

•  Support standards for reconciliations, close tasks, journal workflows, cash management activities, and related control points.

•  Track adoption, compliance, and process effectiveness through metrics, reporting, and stakeholder feedback.

Center of Excellence Development

•  Help build and maintain a sustainable BlackLine and Kyriba Center of Excellence.

•  Create and maintain process documentation, support routines, and knowledge resources for consistent global platform use.

•  Serve as a liaison between Finance Transformation, Accounting, Treasury, IT, and other key stakeholder groups.

•  Support the transition from project implementation to steady-state operations, including handoffs, roles and responsibilities, and service expectations.

•  Identify enhancement opportunities and help prioritize roadmap items based on business value, controls, and operational impact.

Cross-Functional Finance Collaboration

•  Partner closely with Accounting, Treasury, Finance Transformation, IT, Internal Audit, enterprise master data teams, and other finance technology stakeholders.

•  Coordinate with ERP, master data, and integration teams to assess upstream and downstream impacts of system, process, and data changes.

•  Facilitate working sessions with business users to understand needs, solve problems, and align on practical solutions.

•  Prepare clear status updates, decision points, and recommendations for Finance Transformation and Accounting leadership.

•  Advise business users by connecting system knowledge with accounting outcomes and control requirements.

Change Leadership and Adoption

•  Support change management, training, and communications to drive adoption of new tools and processes.

•  Develop and maintain user guidance, process documentation, training materials, and support routines.

•  Reinforce the benefits of standard processes, strong controls, better visibility, and improved efficiency.

•  Help users understand how to use the tools and why consistent governance matters.

What you'll bring

•  8+ years of experience in Accounting, Treasury, Finance Transformation, Finance Systems, Shared Services, or consulting.

•  Strong understanding of accounting operations, the financial close process, account reconciliations, journal entries, controls, governance, and audit requirements.

•  Experience with BlackLine required; experience with Kyriba, treasury systems, ERP platforms, or finance technology administration strongly preferred.

•  Experience with system configuration, workflow design, user access, testing, issue resolution, and release or change management.

•  Ability to connect system functionality to business process outcomes, accounting controls, and operating model requirements.

•  Demonstrated ability to work across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, IT, and transformation teams in a complex, matrixed environment.

•  Strong communication skills with the ability to explain system and process topics in clear business terms.
