Your role
The Customer Relations Manager Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) ensures that Vantive’s PD offering delivers maximum value to Key Accounts and strategic customers at critical inflection points of growth. This role takes ownership of customer success strategy, drives account development, and leads cross-functional initiatives to accelerate customer satisfaction, retention, and business expansion.
This role could be home based in Germany.
What you'll be doing
- Provide strategic support to focus and growth customers, working closely with Sales and Account Management to identify and develop customer potential in the market
- Co-create and steer customer strategies together with Sales and Account Management
- Conduct economic evaluations and structural analyses (e.g., dialysis-related programs) to derive measures for program development and optimization
- Proactively identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities to accelerate growth and ensure long-term success
- Oversee and accompany strategic and operational customer projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact
- Document and analyze customer interactions to assess satisfaction, loyalty, and growth potential
- Define objective KPIs and success criteria to monitor account health, retention, and growth
- Perform gap analyses and root-cause assessments to ensure corrective actions
- Align closely with Sales, Key Account Management, Digital Solution Management, and Marketing to optimize offerings and processes
- Champion customer feedback loops to inform product and service improvements
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training content, empowering customers in the effective use of products, therapies, and services
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business Administration or related
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting
- Proven track record of leading strategic accounts and delivering growth
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinking: ability to design and execute growth strategies
- Leadership: guides teams, mentors specialists, and influences cross-functional stakeholders
- Business acumen: evaluates economic impact and drives measurable outcomes
- Decision-making authority: accountable for customer success outcomes
- Change leadership: drives transformation at customer inflection points
- Ability to travel as needed
- Fluency in German and good English skills
