Your Role at Vantive
As an IT Project Manager at Vantive, you will lead and deliver high-impact technology projects that enable and support Vantive’s strategic objectives. You will play a key role in ensuring strong project execution, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality technical solutions that create meaningful value for the organization.

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to both IT and business stakeholders, helping translate strategic priorities into well-executed initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will bring strong technical expertise and business acumen, along with a solid understanding of project development processes and/or the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities may evolve as organizational strategy develops, working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously would be part of the role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects successfully, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Own and manage project deliverables, including technical solutions, implementation, support, and overall quality across multiple phases of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Portfolio teams, Application Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and cross-functional IT and business partners to align priorities, timelines, and resources.
- Review project team deliverables (e.g., design walkthroughs, test results) to ensure quality standards and compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions based on both technical and business knowledge.
- Educate, influence, and align project sponsors, fellow project managers, and project team members to drive project success.
- Define, execute, and continuously track project plans, while clearly reporting on project status, risks, issues, progress, and budgets through dashboards and project review meetings.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of technical experience, including 5+ years of end-to-end project leadership.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Scrum (SCM) certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of project development and implementation processes (SDLC).
- Excellent presentation, collaboration, and teamwork capabilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, influence, and drive results across diverse teams.
