1.       Issue daily material deploy planning according to Weekly Production Schedule to ensure production material supply and warehouse operation smoothly.

根据生产计划制定物料调配需求及运作安排，保证生产物料的供应及仓库的平稳运作。

2.       Continues simplify and optimize the daily materials deploy process and materials issuing process

持续简化和优化日常物料调配和发放流程.

3.       Maintaining SOP and procedure of materials issuing, and ensure that the field operation meets the requirements of relevant procedures and documents.

维护物料发放的程序和文件，确保现场运作符合相关程序和文件的要求。

4.       On time finish weekly/monthly/yearly warehouse stock-taking. Prepare related warehouse monthly reports. Make difference analysis and corrective and preventive measures.

按时完成周，月，年仓库库存盘点及仓库报表的制作。做好差异分析和纠正预防措施。

5.       Be responsible for reconciliation with suppliers as the support of fee settlement.

负责与供应商对帐，按时完成费用结算

6.       Responsible for EHS、GMP、6S work of the department

7.       Distribute materials, improve the daily management of isolated products and nonconforming products.

8.       To fulfill the extra business assigned by the supervisor.

9.       Ensure and work in comply with all EHS aspects.
