Technical Service Administrator – Nordics

We are looking for a highly organized and customer‑focused Technical Service Administrator to support our Technical Service operations across all Nordic countries. In this role, you will ensure the seamless coordination of service activities, maintain accurate device records, manage spare parts and inventories, and guarantee excellent customer support.

⭐ What You Will Do

In close partnership with field engineers and customer-facing teams, you will be responsible for:

Customer Service & Coordination

Provide professional support to customers and internal teams via phone and email.

Handle incoming service requests and assign them efficiently to field engineers.

Ensure timely and accurate logging of all customer interactions.

Operations & Administration

Maintain up-to-date electronic records for all devices.

Prepare reports and assist in resolving service reporting issues.

Coordinate device deliveries and manage stock levels.

Support field engineers with purchase orders and invoice processing.

Assist in annual inventory activities.

Finance & Compliance

Prepare and execute customer invoicing.

Keep documentation and registers accurate at all times.

Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety SOPs, as well as internal Technical Service procedures.

General Responsibilities

Maintain clear records and produce required reports.

Perform additional duties as needed with minimal supervision.

Fluent in Swedish and English (Finnish or Norwegian a bonus)

Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days in the office / 2 days home
