• 事業・営業課題を理解し、データ・ITの観点から解決策を企画・提案・実行

• 営業活動・顧客交渉・契約管理・監査対応に必要なデータの正確かつタイムリーな提供

• Excel を用いた高度なデータ加工・分析（関数、Power Query、Pivot 等）

• Salesforce / BIツール等を活用した分析基盤・レポーティングの設計・改善

• AIツール（生成AI、分析支援AI 等）を活用した業務効率化・高度化の推進

• 社内システム改善・導入プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント／推進

• コマーシャル部門・管理部門・協力会社など、関係者との合意形成・調整

• チームがより効率的に業務を遂行できるように、チームメンバーのサポートを通じて、相互にモチベーションを高めることができるよう積極的な参画

• システム、仕組みを「作る」だけでなく「使わせて変化を起こす」

• ビジネスの分析に必要とされるデータをタイムリーに提供する。

• データ基盤、BI、CRM、業務システム改善プロジェクトへの参画経験

• ITシステム、ツールのスキル（SFDC / BIツール/ Excel / Power Point）

• コミュニケーションスキル、論理的・戦略的思考力

• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）

＜歓迎＞

• ITシステム、ツールのスキル（Cognos / JDE / APEX / Sharepoint / Intramart）

• プロジェクトマネジメント、またはPMO的な役割の経験
