Key Responsibilities
- Provide coordination support for end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and stakeholder alignment
- Assist in screening resumes and identifying suitable candidates in line with job requirements
- Support Talent Acquisition administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation and tracking
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by supporting content creation for social media, campus engagement, and internal communications
- Assist in employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding coordination and HR documentation management
- Partner with the HR team on ongoing projects, process improvements, and ad hoc initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and the healthcare industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders professionally
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exposure to social media or content creation tools is an added advantage
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 6 months
