SUMMARY
The Project Marketing Lead will be instrumental in driving the planning, coordination, and end-to-end ownership and delivery of strategic initiatives supporting Vantive’s Kidney Care portfolio. This role ensures cross-functional alignment and is accountable for delivering measurable outcomes that strengthen portfolio positioning, increase therapy adoption, and enhance engagement with healthcare providers.
By leading initiatives from concept through execution and owning results, the Project Lead will contribute directly to achieving business objectives while supporting Vantive’s mission to improve patient outcomes in kidney care.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Execution
- Own and lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects supporting the Kidney Care portfolio.
- Be fully accountable for project outcomes, timelines, and impact.
- Develop and drive detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Strategic Initiative Support
- Translate marketing and commercial strategies into actionable plans and ensure their execution.
- Own and support the implementation of portfolio positioning and differentiation initiatives
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead collaboration with Sales, Market Access, Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure seamless projects execution.
- Drive accountability across functions, ensuring commitments are met.
- Facilitate alignment meetings, track deliverables, and actively manage dependencies.
Campaign & Initiative Oversight
- Own execution and performance of marketing and commercial initiatives from a project leadership perspective.
- Monitor KPIs and project performance metrics, taking corrective actions when needed.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure delivery.
Market & Business Insights Integration
- Integrate market intelligence and competitive insights into project planning and execution.
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
Event & Program Management
- Own the delivery of key marketing programs, trade shows, webinars, and launch activities.
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and post-initiative evaluations, ensuring ROI.
Risk & Stakeholder Management
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Maintain clear documentation of scope, changes, and outcomes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent Spanish & English written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action plans.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations with clear accountability for results.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Role requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or commercial project coordination, with demonstrated ownership of project delivery.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
Language Skills
- Fluent English & Spanish
