SUMMARY

Lead the digital transformation and organizational enablement of the procurement function by shaping a scalable, user-centric, and data- and technology-driven operating model. This role accelerates adoption of digital and AI-enabled capabilities, strengthens procurement maturity, and enables sustainable value creation across the end-to-end process

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager – Systems & Process Excellence is responsible for leading the design, optimization, and governance of procurement processes and digital platforms. This role acts as the backbone of procurement operations, ensuring scalable, efficient, and standardized Source-to-Settle processes enabled by best-in-class systems and automation. The position partners closely with Global Procurement, IT, Finance COE, and external solution providers to drive continuous improvement and digital maturity across the function.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Process Excellence & Governance

• Lead the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of end-to-end processes, ensuring alignment with global procurement excellence frameworks.

• Own procurement process governance, documentation, SOPs, and control frameworks across sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, and transactional execution.

• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, driving process re-engineering initiatives to improve cycle times, compliance, and user experience.

• Support SNC (Supplier Notification of Change) operational workflows from a system/process perspective.

Systems & Digital Enablement

• Own procurement platforms and tools (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ariba or similar), acting as the business process owner and key liaison with IT.

• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and testing activities related to procurement applications.

• Drive automation initiatives leveraging Power Platform, workflow engines, and low-code tools to reduce manual effort and errors.

• Assess emerging procurement technologies (AI-enabled tools, contract lifecycle management, supplier risk solutions) and support business cases for adoption.

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Partner with global procurement category teams, finance, legal, and IT to ensure systems and processes align with business needs.

• Lead change management initiatives related to new tools or process rollouts, ensuring user adoption and sustainability.

• Contribute to communication and training strategies to embed new ways of working.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement operations, process excellence, or procurement systems roles.

• •Proven experience managing end-to-end processes and procurement platforms in a global environment

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, Coupa) and their integration with procurement processes.

• Experience with workflow automation tools and Power Platform preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power app, SharePoint and strong Excel modeling skills.

Language skills

• Fluent English

• Additional languages are a plus (Spanish, Portugues, Chinese).
