Your role at Vantive

You will be responsible for leading critical programs within Vantive Unlocked, Vantive’s cross-company value creation program. As a member of our Vantive Unlocked leadership, you will lead cross functional teams to execute on programs that will drive value for Vantive in the coming years.

What you'll be doing

• Lead key Vantive Unlocked projects that have been identified as critical to our value creation program
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and execute on value creation initiatives that improve profitability, improve cash flow, simplify our work, or drive other sources of value across the organization
• Align with senior leadership on project goals, objectives, and execution – including financial value, risks, and tradeoffs – and to remove barriers for project teams
• Work closely with key internal customers, including regions, functions, and businesses and the Transformation Office and Vantive Unlocked Leadership teams to advance value creation initiatives and constructively challenge/refine our strategic approach and execution to deliver higher value for the organization
• Program manage complex programs, identifying and escalating key barriers, delivering to timeline and value creation commitments; sample projects may include redesigning key internal processes to simplify/reduce work, identifying and executing pathways to reduce operational costs, etc.
• Develop deep understanding of Vantive Unlocked initiatives, partnering with finance and team to build business cases, investment theses, and strategic approaches
• Gain alignment across key stakeholders/helps facilitate senior leadership dialogue on program priorities, alternatives, and necessary tradeoffs
• Be a champion for Vantive Unlocked and company-wide value creation

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, science/engineering, or related field
• 6-8 years' experience leading complex cross functional programs with demonstrated success in driving on time completion
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into strategy and program execution
• Ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches
• Ability to communicate with and influence senior leadership, including executive leadership team members
• Prior experience in healthcare and/or value creation programs is preferred
• High level proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
