Your role at Vantive

The Analyst, Digital Project Management position based in Mexico City (On-site hybrid schedule) will be responsible for supporting the Senior Digital & Marketing Manager in the coordination, establishment, and implementation of best practices for managing strategic and digital transformation projects, ensuring deliveries on time, within scope, and with quality, using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

The Project Manager will act as a facilitator, mentor, and agile coach for multidisciplinary teams working on the implementation of digital solutions and clinical innovations in vital therapies for Latin America North Business (Mexico, Central America, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean). Their goal is to maximize the value delivered and they will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle, promoting a culture of agility, and facilitating effective collaboration between technical, clinical, and business areas.

What you’ll be doing

Agile Project Management

  • Support the organization and coordination of strategic (digital) projects.

  • Participate in the initiation and integration processes for initiatives.

  • Ensure project alignment with the involved areas.

  • Monitor the progress, risks, deviations, and expenses of ongoing projects.

  • Prepare follow-up reports.

  • Monitor plans, deliverables, agreements, and project status.

  • Participate in follow-up sessions (weekly/biweekly).

  • Collaborate with different areas, validating the consistency and coherence of work plans and dependencies.

Facilitation and Coaching

  • Serve as a neutral facilitator and eliminate obstacles that affect the team.

  • Promote self-organization, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Educate clinical teams and leaders in agile practices adapted to the healthcare environment.

Coordination and Visibility

  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to sponsors and executive management.

  • Establish performance metrics (burndown, velocity, lead time) to monitor progress.

Focus on Digital Innovation

  • Participate in the design and implementation of innovative digital solutions: clinical apps, telemedicine, remote monitoring, data analytics, connected devices.

  • Translate clinical or regulatory requirements into viable technical deliverables.

  • Ensure alignment between technology, usability, and clinical outcomes.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, Administration, Health Sciences, or a similar field.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital projects, using agile environments.

  • Experience in healthcare, medtech, or highly regulated projects (desirable).

  • Proven track record launching digital solutions in complex organizations (apps, CRM, clinical platforms, automation, interoperability).

  • Skills in effective communication, control, monitoring, project management, and UAT testing leadership.

  • Data analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau (desirable)

  • Collaborative and empathetic leadership.

  • Effective communication skills with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders.

  • Organizational skills, product vision, and user-centered thinking.

  • Conflict resolution, agile decision-making, and change management.

  • Knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, ClickUp, Monday, Trello, etc.

Desirable:

  • Certification in agile methodologies (Scrum Master, PSM, or similar).

  • Additional training in project management (PMP), Design Thinking, UX, or HL7/FHIR in healthcare.
