Your role in Vantive
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the overall strategy of the Peritoneal Dialysis portfolio in the North Latin America cluster, driving business growth, brand positioning, and the adoption of our solutions within healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies for positioning the peritoneal dialysis product portfolio.
Analyze market trends, understand healthcare systems, assess competitors, develop pricing strategies, build the Go-To-Market plan, identify customers’ unmet needs, map key stakeholders, and analyze the customer buying process.
Establish appropriate parameters for market segmentation based on clinical, demographic, geographic, and financial indicators, among others, and define target segments for the company.
Establish and lead the business strategy for Peritoneal Dialysis to achieve financial, clinical, and demand-generation objectives.
Define the product portfolio according to customer needs.
Develop and implement tactical plans aligned with the strategy, together with the Sales Manager and Demand Generation management, to ensure sales and contract fulfillment.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Education, Direct/Indirect Sales, Demand Generation, and Communications teams to position our value proposition, strengthen our brand, and secure market participation.
Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs (RA) on health registrations and compliance requirements to ensure the operation of the PD business (COFEPRIS).
Work with the Product Launch Lead (ITP Project Lead) on new product launches driven by market demand or aligned with strategy.
Collaborate with Financial Planning and Demand Planning teams to ensure proper performance of PD operations.
What You Will Do
Promote a culture of compliance and ethical business practices within the organization.
Drive the implementation of the ethics and compliance program, preventing, detecting, and correcting violations of the law, Vantive policies, and the code of conduct.
Implement Vantive’s code of conduct, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to the Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policy, and support related processes.
Identify compliance and legal risks for Vantive in the country/cluster.
Ensure end-to-end execution of events, congresses, and other marketing activities to strengthen brand positioning.
Participate in S&OP and S&OE forums to ensure product availability according to demand planning parameters.
Develop communication strategies together with the Communications team to position Vantive.
What You’ll Bring
University degree in fields related to the role (Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing). Postgraduate studies or specialization in these areas will be valued.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, marketing management, or sales management within the healthcare sector.
Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of healthcare products and marketing.
Strategic thinking and business vision.
