🔎 We’re Hiring: IT OSS / End User Support Services Specialist
📍 Meyzieu | On‑site (Full time)
We are looking for an experienced IT OSS / End User Support Services Specialist to join our team in Meyzieu. This is a 100% on‑site role, providing hands‑on and remote IT support to end users, while working closely with local and international teams.
🚀 About the Role
As an End User Support Services Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a high‑quality IT experience across the Vantive organization. You will support end users, maintain IT infrastructure, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT services.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Provide end‑user support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
- Ensure thorough documentation of all IT tickets, including resolutions and workarounds
- Support IT infrastructure (Windows environment, Active Directory, VMware, storage)
- Perform proactive IT walkthroughs to identify and resolve issues before escalation
- Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles for complex and recurring issues
- Manage installation, monitoring, and maintenance of end‑user hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Support local applications and production systems in collaboration with vendors
- Assist with IT procurement, budgeting, and IT audits
- Deliver IT onboarding for new joiners and manage IT asset recovery for leavers
- Contribute to IT policies, procedures, and technology guidelines
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on tickets, escalations, and special projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve user issues
✅ What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years’ experience in IT Support or End User Services
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2019 / 2021 / 2025, Windows 10 & 11
- Experience with Active Directory, VMware, and storage environments
- Knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle) is a plus
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and within a global team
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- A proactive, creative approach to solving technical challenges
